Projects & milestones
Group related work under a project with milestones, risks, a team, and a health signal.
Project structure
A project has a type (New, Replacement, Initiative, or Maintenance), start and end dates, an optional branch and area, a member list, watchers, milestones, and a risks & blockers register (Open, Mitigated, Accepted, Closed). Tasks and requests created under the project roll up into its progress.

The Projects page offers a delivery-timeline view — bars span each project from start to end date with fill showing completion — alongside list and health views. Each project shows a computed health signal so portfolios surface what needs attention. There are no dependency links between bars.
Approval to start
A project can carry an approval gate: the gating approval's decision drives the project's approval state, and work can auto-start once approved (see SLA & automation).
On mobile
Projects are read-only on mobile: overview, tasks, documents, and requests tabs. Creating and editing projects, milestones, and risks is web-only.
