Operational conversations
Threads attached to real work — with voice notes, flags, and convert-to-action.
Conversations that stay attached to the work
Every task, request, and project can host a conversation thread. A global Chat inbox gathers your threads, and each thread keeps its context: participants, flags, attachments, and the record it belongs to.
From message to accountable action
Convert any message into a tracked item — a task, approval, blocker, risk, decision, or escalation — without leaving the thread. Mentioning someone with @ adds them to the conversation, and flags can be resolved or closed as the discussion lands.
Voice notes
Record a voice message on web or mobile. When the deployment has transcription configured, the server transcribes it automatically and shows the transcript with the player. On web you can also dictate text with speech-to-text in English or Arabic.
Lifecycle controls
Workspace administrators control conversation lifecycle: inactivity marking, auto-archive timing, reopening on new messages, participation rules, and which flag types are enabled.
On mobile
Mobile matches the web for reading, replying, reactions, attachments, voice notes, and converting a message into a tracked action. Speech-to-text dictation and participant management are web-only; mobile refreshes threads by polling.
