In-app, email, and mobile push — with preferences, digests, and quiet hours.
Channels
FlowX delivers in-app notifications, email (when the workspace's email transport is configured, with per-recipient language and one-click unsubscribe), and mobile push on iOS and Android. There are no SMS or browser-push channels today.
Your preferences
Toggle each channel, pick a digest frequency (hourly, daily, or weekly), set quiet hours, and override delivery per category. Security and System notifications are always delivered.
Reliable by design
Notifications are queued durably with idempotency keys, retried on transient failures with backoff, and rate-limited per recipient — a restart never re-sends what was already delivered.
On mobile
Push notifications are mobile-only (iOS and Android). The mobile app exposes a compact preferences panel; the full per-category editor is on the web.
