Billing & plans
Per-seat plans, add-ons, quotas, and itemized invoices — managed by administrators.
Plans and pricing
Plans are priced per user per month, billed monthly or annually, with a seat minimum on paid tiers and a free plan for small teams. Prices, limits, and feature inclusion live in a catalog managed by FlowX operations — the pricing page always reflects the current catalog, so it is the source of truth for numbers.
During the beta, paid access is granted by request from the pricing page.
Add-ons
- Mobile app — a per-seat yearly add-on; some plans include it, and administrators can toggle it anytime.
- Storage packages — recurring extra storage, with price and size fixed at purchase; removal takes effect at period end.
- Resource blocks — increments of file storage, database space, and API-call allowance on top of the plan base.
Quotas and what happens at the limit
Plans carry seat, storage, and usage quotas. Soft limits warn inside the product as you approach them; hard limits block the specific action with a clear upgrade path — existing data is never touched, and reading is never blocked.
Invoices and payment
Invoices are itemized to the line — base fee, seats, add-ons, discounts, tax, and credits — with amounts in integer cents and rounding in the customer's favor. Downgrades are self-serve and take effect at the next renewal; paid access is never removed early. Card payments run through a hosted payment provider when enabled on the instance; card details never touch FlowX.
On mobile
Billing is managed on the web by workspace administrators. The mobile app only shows its own add-on paywall when access lapses.
