Tasks
Assign, execute, submit for review, and rate the work itself.
Working with tasks
Create tasks directly ("New task"), from an approved request, or from a routine. Tasks carry a priority, due date, SLA hours, assignees with roles (Assignee, Reviewer, Observer, Approver), subtasks, dependencies, comments, attachments, watchers, and time logs. Lists come in table, Kanban, and Calendar views with bulk actions.
Task statuses
Overdue is a flag displayed next to the status — it never replaces it. Changing a task past its deadline asks for a delay reason.
Status values
NewIn ProgressHoldCompletedCancelledSubmit for review
An assignee submits finished work for review ("Submit work for review"). The reviewer accepts and completes the task, or sends it back with feedback — each round is stored as a submission with its evidence and outcome, and the requester is notified. The department manager or an administrator is always an authorized reviewer.
Ratings
Completed work is rated on five dimensions — overall, quality, speed, communication, and satisfaction — with an optional comment. Workspace settings control whether ratings are mandatory, reminder cadence, the low-rating threshold, and the edit window.
On mobile
Tasks can be created, edited, submitted, and reviewed on mobile. Attaching evidence files to a submission is currently web-only.
