An org tree of unlimited depth, six tunable roles, and per-user permission overrides.
The organization tree
Model your structure at any depth — sectors, divisions, departments, teams — with a manager per unit, branch and area tags, and a per-department catalog of request services. Rearrange by dragging a unit onto its new parent; a preview validates the move first.
Six roles, tuned to your language
The built-in roles — Administrator, Executive Manager, Department Manager, Team Member, Authorized User, and Viewer — can be renamed per workspace, and each role's capabilities are tuned in a matrix of pages × capabilities (View, Create, Edit, Delete, Assign, Export, Approve, Admin). The Administrator role always keeps full access.
Per-user overrides
On a user's Permissions tab, grant or deny individual capabilities on top of the role default — each cell is explicitly Role, Allow, or Deny, and users with overrides are labeled.
People operations
Invite by email or provision accounts directly, require a password change at first sign-in, deactivate accounts, and transfer a person's open work before a handoff. Workload and capacity are visible per user.
On mobile
Mobile has a read-only directory; administrators can invite a user and change a role from it. Org-tree editing, the capability matrix, and per-user overrides are web-only.
