Audit log & activity timeline
An append-only audit log for compliance, and a readable activity feed on every record.
The audit log
Every consequential action is recorded append-only with the actor, timestamp, IP, and before/after values, filterable by date, user, module, and category (Approvals, Access, Roles, SLA, Data, Settings). Administrators can export it to CSV on plans that include audit export; retention length depends on your plan.
The activity timeline
Separately, every task, request, project, routine task, and document carries a human-readable timeline — status changes, assignments, approvals, comments, and files — grouped by day and written as sentences, with actors resolved to names.
Approval-grade trails
Approvals additionally keep their own immutable event log — created, approved, rejected, changes requested, delegated, resubmitted — attached to each approval and its versions.
On mobile
Mobile shows a read-only audit list; filters and CSV export are on the web.
