FlowX uses role-based access control with granular per-page permissions, so each member only sees and does what their role allows. Accounts are protected by a configurable password policy and automatic lockout, and every workspace's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security). Members can sign in with a password, Google or Microsoft, a passkey, or your own identity provider over OIDC — and admins can require two-factor authentication. SAML and SCIM provisioning are on our roadmap, not yet available.
Your data lives in FlowX's managed cloud and stays there — we don't shuffle it between providers. Each workspace is isolated with row-level security over encrypted connections. Self-hosting (running FlowX on your own infrastructure) is on our roadmap; today everything runs in our managed cloud.
Free gets community support. Paid plans add email support, higher tiers add priority response, and Enterprise customers get a dedicated point of contact with custom onboarding. Specific uptime and response-time commitments are set in your Enterprise agreement.
Not yet — self-hosting is on our roadmap. Today FlowX runs in our managed cloud with per-tenant data isolation and encrypted connections. If on-prem is a hard requirement for you, tell us at signup and we'll keep you posted as it ships.
Paid plans are priced per user / month, with a minimum number of billed users per plan (shown on each card). Annual billing saves roughly two months versus monthly. The Free plan is free forever — no card required. Cancel anytime, no clawback.
Free covers a small team forever. When you need more users or paid features, upgrade to any paid plan in a click — your workspace and all its data carry over, nothing is reset.
