FlowX uses role-based access control with granular per-page permissions, so each member only sees and does what their role allows. Accounts are protected by a configurable password policy and automatic lockout, and every workspace's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security). SSO/SAML and SCIM provisioning are on our roadmap, not yet available.
Your data lives in FlowX's managed cloud and stays there — we don't shuffle it between providers. Each workspace is isolated with row-level security over encrypted connections. Self-hosting (running FlowX on your own infrastructure) is on our roadmap; today everything runs in our managed cloud.
Free gets community support. Standard and above add email support, Premium adds priority/chat response, and Enterprise customers get a dedicated point of contact with custom onboarding. Specific uptime and response-time commitments are set in your Enterprise agreement.
Not yet — self-hosting is on our roadmap. Today FlowX runs in our managed cloud with per-tenant data isolation and encrypted connections. If on-prem is a hard requirement for you, tell us at signup and we'll keep you posted as it ships.
