What search covers
Global search spans eight record types — tasks, requests, projects, documents, users, routines, teams, and comments — and also matches reference fields such as PR/PO numbers and meeting references. Results respect your permissions: you only ever see records you can access.
Where to search from
Use the search box in the top bar or the dedicated Search page with type filters and recent searches. On mobile, search has its own screen with type chips and deep links into each record.
