Role-adaptive dashboards, a prebuilt report library, and a custom report builder.
Dashboards
The dashboard adapts to your role: your open work, where your requests stand, what needs your approval, team load, at-risk projects, SLA compliance, and department attention — over 7, 30, or 90 days. Managers get an operational view with a team Kanban and live activity, plus intelligence pages for workload, SLA & delays, ratings, teams, projects, and conversations (plan-dependent).
Prebuilt reports
The report library covers time-based, performance, and satisfaction reports — daily, weekly, monthly, SLA, delays, productivity, user productivity, departments, projects, approvals, ratings, team ratings, and feedback SLA. Pick a type, narrow with filters, and run; every run is kept in history.
Custom report builder
Compose multi-section reports over tasks, requests, projects, and routines — choose the data source, group-by, measure, and chart per section, save the report, and re-run it. The builder exports to Excel and to a formatted PDF generated in your browser.
Exports & schedules
The prebuilt reports page offers print and save-as-PDF through the browser's print dialog; the audit log exports CSV (plan-dependent). Report schedules run daily, weekly, or monthly and notify the owner in-app when a run is ready — scheduled runs do not email a file attachment.
On mobile
Mobile shows the home dashboard and a read-only weekly reports digest. The report builder, exports, and manager intelligence pages are web-only.
