Beta Program Agreement

Last updated: July 2026

In plain language

FlowX is pre-release software. Things may break, change, or be reset while we harden the platform. Keep your own exports of anything critical, and don't rely on the beta for data you can't afford to lose.

1. What this agreement covers

This Beta Program Agreement applies to your use of FlowX while the service is offered as a beta (pre-release) product. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this agreement and the Terms of Service conflict, this agreement controls during the beta period. By checking the beta consent box at signup or when requesting access, you accept this agreement on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Pre-release software

  • Features may be incomplete, contain defects, or behave unexpectedly.
  • We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.
  • The beta is not certified for regulated or safety-critical workloads.

3. Your data during the beta

  • We may migrate, restructure, or reset environments and databases while we harden the platform. Data created during the beta may be modified or permanently lost.
  • You are responsible for exporting and keeping copies of any critical data. Export tools are available inside the product.
  • We do not guarantee data durability, retention, or migration of beta data into the general-availability release.

4. Availability and support

  • No service-level agreement (SLA) applies during the beta. The service may be interrupted or suspended at any time, including for unscheduled maintenance.
  • Support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response time.

5. “As is” — no warranties

The beta service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the beta — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability related to the beta is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the beta service (if any), whichever is greater.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports about the beta, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service, without obligation or compensation.

8. Duration and end of the beta

  • We may end the beta program, or your participation in it, at any time with or without notice.
  • When the service reaches general availability, continued use will be governed by the then-current Terms of Service and pricing. We will give reasonable notice before any transition that affects your workspace or billing.
  • If your participation ends, we will make a reasonable window available for you to export your data.

9. Acceptance record

When you check the beta consent box, we record the acceptance together with your account or request details and a timestamp, so both sides have a record of the agreement.
