- FlowX is an Enterprise Operations Management System: it coordinates cross-department work through requests, approvals, tasks, projects, recurring routines, SLA tracking, reporting, notifications, and audit trails. It is not a CRM — there are no leads, pipelines, or campaigns.
- Yes — on web and mobile, for existing workspace members only. Signing in with Google or Microsoft never creates an account; members are added by invitation first. Passkeys (Face ID / Touch ID / security keys) are also supported on the web.
- Not yet — SAML is planned. Today FlowX offers Google and Microsoft sign-in (existing members only) and per-workspace OIDC configuration for enterprise identity providers.
- Yes — a Flutter app for iOS and Android, licensed as a per-seat yearly add-on (some plans bundle it). Mobile fully supports approvals (including bulk approve and delegation), requests, tasks, conversations with voice notes, notifications with real push, and Arabic with RTL. Projects, routines, documents, the audit list, and reports are view-only on mobile.
- No. FlowX does not offer customer-configurable outbound webhooks or public REST API keys, and neither is on the plan. The notification pipeline uses an internal webhook delivery channel, but it is not a public contract you can point at your own endpoints.
- Not yet. Third-party integrations are planned; today, Settings → Integrations lets an administrator request an integration by name so the team can prioritize what to build.
- FlowX has no AI assistants, AI summaries, or generative features. Voice notes in conversations are transcribed automatically when the deployment has a transcription service configured — that is the only machine-learning-backed capability in the product.
- Yes. Each document can carry its own approver set in one of three modes — All must approve, Any one approver, or In sequence. Rejections require a reason, resubmission is supported, and uploading a new version returns the document to Draft for re-approval.
- Yes — the web product, the mobile app, notifications, and email templates ship in English and Arabic with right-to-left layout. The workspace sets a default language and each user can override it; notification emails follow each recipient's language.
- No. Notifications are delivered in-app, by email, and by mobile push. SMS is planned but no provider is wired today, and there is no browser push either.
- The audit log exports to CSV on plans that include audit export. The custom report builder exports Excel and a formatted PDF generated in your browser, and the prebuilt reports page offers print / save-as-PDF. Scheduled reports notify you in-app when a run is ready — they do not email file attachments.
- On the pricing page. Plans are priced per user per month with a seat minimum on paid tiers; prices and limits are managed in FlowX's live plan catalog, so the pricing page is always the source of truth. Sales-led plans are granted by request.
- No. The requester is never an approver on their own item. If the requester manages the receiving department, the approval escalates up the organization tree; when no eligible approver exists at all, the item is auto-approved with an explicit audit note.
